As part of case study, it was proved that Swedish women who ate dark chocolate once or twice a day, had fewer cases of heart failure than those who didn't. It is identified that the chocolates reduce the blood pressure and thus can reduce the heart failure. Other inference that was developed is that the flavonoids in cocoa can benefit the blood vessels and reduce inflammation.
But its true that too much consumption of chocolates can lead to weight gain. But all these will surely happen only if u are consuming the dark chocolate. Bcoz the one in Sweden have definitely way more than 30 % of cocoa which have the flavonoids. But in other cases, it comes less than that. So folks, maki sure that you eat atleast an ounce of dark chocoalte a day. It can keep u sweet and free from heart failure. The world is filling up with heart patients. Why do we want to add more to it?????
